The Blooming Juniper Foundation in a nutshell
- The Blooming Juniper Foundation (“the Foundation”) has been incorporated as a charitable foundation under the laws of the Principality of Liechtenstein on the 4th day of December 2015. Official document (in German, PDF file)
- The Foundation has been exempt from taxation by the tax administration of the Principality of Liechtenstein on 15 December 2015 due to its charitable nature. Official document (in German, PDF file)
- The Foundation is audited by AREVA Allgemeine Revisions- und Treuhand Aktiengesellschaft, an independent external auditor that was appointed by the Princely Court of Liechtenstein.
- The Foundation is supervised by the Foundation Supervisory Authority (Stiftungsaufsichtsbehörde) of the Department of Justice of the Principality of Liechtenstein.

Patrick Schmutz
President of the Board
Patrick Schmutz is a partner in the Zurich based law firm Vallucci & Schmutz. He graduated from the University of Zurich with a law degree and from the University of Florida with a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Taxation. He is qualified as an attorney-at-law in Switzerland. He is a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and serves on the committee of the STEP Zurich branch.
Virna Vallucci
Vice president of the Board
Virna Vallucci is a tax partner in the Zurich based law firm Vallucci & Schmutz. She graduated with a master’s degree in Swiss law from the University of Zurich, a master’s degree in Swiss tax law from the Swiss Institute for Tax Studies (SIST), and a master’s degree in US tax law from the University of Florida. She also recently attended the Impact Investing Programme of the Said Business School of the University of Oxford.
Andreas Fuchs
Andreas Fuchs is General Manager of a Liechtenstein based Trust and Consulting Company. He is an Expert in Trust, Financial and Accounting Business. In 2006 he has graduated as Master of Mediation (UFL). He is author of various Tax and Accounting Literature. As Teacher for Cost Account he has worked several years for the University of Liechtenstein. He is a full member of the Liechtenstein Trust Association and the Chamber of Commerce Liechtenstein.
